Chef Terese 

Working in the restaurant business for over 30  years has prepared Terese well for the challenges that come when catering multiple parties both large and small, on a daily basis.  Trained by fire in the busiest kitchens in North Jersey and beyond, Terese started out at age 18 as a salad girl.  Fast forward 2 years later, Terese was running the entire kitchen, creating menus, commanding the line and managing a staff of at least 10 chefs.   Specializing in American and Italian cuisines, Terese has also mastered dishes from the Philipines, Mexico, Spain and China.  There is no request that won't be fulfilled to the best of her abilities.  Each and every catering order is discussed directly with Terese and every detail is scrutinized by her.  This is great food at its most personal.  Nothing is mass produced, ever.  As you can see Terese is a powerhouse chef wrapped up in a small package.  And keeping her business smaller allows her to keep it superior to those who sacrifice quality for quantity.
